Getting Started & Technique
I’ve never sugared before. Is it easy for beginners?
Yes! Sugaring is incredibly beginner-friendly because it is highly forgiving. Unlike traditional wax, our sugar paste is entirely water-soluble. If you make a mistake, apply it in the wrong spot, or find it getting too sticky, you don't need chemical oils to get it off—simply rinse it away with warm water and start fresh.
How do I apply and remove the sugar wax?
We recommend the "Apply & Flick" method:
1. Apply: Using your fingers or an applicator, smooth the sugar paste firmly onto clean, dry skin against the natural direction of your hair growth. Go over it 2 to 3 times so it firmly hugs the hair.
2. Flick: Pull your skin tight. In one quick, confident motion, flick the sugar wax off in the same direction as your hair growth, moving parallel to your skin (don't pull upward!).
Product Care & Storage
How should I store my sugar wax jar?
Because our formula is hand crafted with 100% simple, natural ingredients (just sugar, lemon, and water), it is highly sensitive to its environment. Sugar naturally draws moisture out of the air.
Keep it airtight: Always twist the lid tightly closed immediately after your sugaring session. If left open in a humid bathroom, steam can seep in and make your wax too watery to use.
Keep it cool and dry: Store your container in a bathroom cabinet, bedroom drawer, or a dry linen closet rather than right next to a steamy shower.
My sugar wax is too hard to scoop out of the jar. What do I do?
Don't worry, simply pop the jar (with the lid removed) into the microwave for 5 to 10 seconds and mix. Let sit for several minutes. It should be a pliable texture, never hot.

What is your return policy?
Due to the sanitary nature of personal care and hygiene products, we cannot accept returns on opened sugar wax. However, your satisfaction is our absolute priority!
